Message: I submitted only 3 stars because although this US bank location is conveniently located for most businesses in the downtown St. Paul area.. they lack just a few simple banking courtesies and skills such as counting paper bills out to their customers. They silently count them out to themselves and when confronted about their technique or style.. they are seemingly a little agitated. Someone could easily accuse your tellers of miscounting, if not counted directly to them. I visit here at least once a week for loose change but unfortunately they would not be my first choice if I had another one to choose from.
