Message: This is my home CU. I have never had an issue while going there. Every time I have been in the CU I have always been treated very well. If I have an issued with anyone I would speak up as I have been trained in good customer service working with customer service in an Insurance company and they listen to all you calls. The training must be excellent as dealing with customers is an everyday thing for all employees. I have never had an issue and found on the phone issues have been taken care of immediately.
