Message: Love the customer service! Braedon at the Byron location helped me with opening my account and was very helpful and thorough. I then went to the 16th street location in Rochester had to wait a little bit but had an awesome experience as well there! Thank you very much … 500 gold stars :).

More recently I worked with Rhiannon on a few loans and cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. She was kind, efficient, and VERY easy to work with. Message: Best bank I’ve ever been with! First off I travel a lot for work. Which makes things kind of hard to get established with a bank for a long period of time I usually transfer banks just to bank locally. Usually ready as ever to get away from the bank because of just awful service. Then I come to first alliance. Everything has been great huge shout out to Sydney Krogstad. I put in for a credit line and she contacted me directly and walked me through the whole thing. First alliance is going to be my bank for life. If you are thinking about switching to this bank I highly recommend it. I’ve banked a lot of places. This has by far been the best experience I’ve had so get thank you Sydney. I look forward to working with you again.
