Message: Banking with Wells Fargo hasn't been to terrible, however if you want a place you can call for questions or concerns this bank isn't for you, I've been trying to call for over a month now with a question I have as I work during their hours of operation and I cannot get in to ask in person and every time I call no one answers the phone, doesn't matter what time of day I call or the day of the week. At this point I'd just be better off removing my money from the bank and opening a new account in another bank.

Message: Tristen, Misty, Abra (tellers)and Trevor (banker) are the main people who keep me using wells fargo in owatonna. They are always so fast, friendly, helpful and have taken the time to get to know me as a customer by name and thanks to those four are why I stay with the bank. More people should be as good as they are to help people in the wells fargo community!

Message: I appreciate the national coverage of Wells Fargo and also this local team. Recently I was waiting on line at the teller and a team member asked how he could help - he showed me how to make a deposit using the ATM - Sweet! I also found Trevor Ebert at this location really helpful - I email him and he gets right back to me.. Adding a bit of fun here - I noticed the door with the label "Retirement" It seemed to locked and no door handle, dark on the other side. Good reminder I should press on with my job, save money and not try to go through that door right now.
