Message: Always helpful, attentive and friendly. Honestly never been disappointed with this bank.. Recently had a few fraudulent charges on my bank card and after going in to speak with them, filing the appropriate paperwork, and then determining it was in fact fraudulent, I had the money back within a couple days.
